Suggestions on where to go from here, I don't have much experience with high level empath's and plan on hunting this guy soon. I am thinking getting spell aim and 1x perception????

Get Combat Manuvers up to cap.
Perception up to cap
Dodge up to cap.
Those all help in combat to keep you alive.

CS would be helped by getting your Emapth spells up to 160s.

Not that it matters to that character, but if you get Blessing lore up to 80 you'll be able to cast group versions of 120 and 219 on others that last up to a minute and a half I believe. That should be a good chunk of a hunt.
