loresong help

ok, im a newbie bard and while i've done a fair amount of loresinging its all been generic lyrics i run from a script. thats worked fine until i tried singing to this waraxe.

my first verse works fine: i get this...

The first thing that strikes you about the waraxe is the weight, which is about 9 pounds. In your best estimation, it's worth around 400000 silvers.
Roundtime: 10 sec.

but then all my verses after that give me the message that i couldnt learn anything new about it. Its a very interesting waraxe with a description. and when you looks at it has a 'dim glow'.

any ideas what this is? or how i'd get my songs to work on it?

Sounds like you probably aren't "old" enough to get the full loresong on the blade. Loresong of 400k for a weapon usually means it has something "special" with it (enhansive, enchant, or weighing).

hmm. ive sung to items that had enhancives on them before...even using my generic lyrics.

That would appear to be the problem. My bard is about the same level and occasionally finds the odd item that she can't obtain all the information from yet.

well crud...any idea what a "dim glow" is? i don't think i've ever seen a weapon glow unless it had flares of some kind.

Is it by any chance made of zorchar?

However, that is not worth 400k and shouldn't be hard for you to identify.

If you're using keywords, you should be able to at the very least get the enchant level out of that item. It may have some kind of special scripting that is messing with the loresong. Ask a higher level bard to give it a shot, perhaps?
