Rub and tap do nothing, and I got plenty of MIU. I know it's not a runestone of some kind because A) there's nothing to read and B) that character can't read runes anyway

Total wild guess but it might have to do with the Red Dreamer storyline being run (surprise surprise) out of Solhaven.
