View Full Version : Stunmaneuvers?

I was under the impression that stunmaneuvers was a hard skill to do?

I've blown through the first 12 ranks (under a week). What's the deal? Is it because my rogue is the rare elf?

It's a pain in the ass for me, maybe you want to be hired to do mine?

<<I've blown through the first 12 ranks (under a week).>>

I can get the first 12 ranks of any given skill in the warrior guild in about three days.

When you're at 50, then you'll have a problem.

This rogue is at 41 trains.

Don't know, E.

I wanted to pull my hair out with Stunman. Then again I don't remember the first 12 ranks to be honest. So I can't say if maybe those are just easier than the ones later on or what. Get back at me when you're around the halfway mark and tell me how you feel. I think it was there I started crying tears of blood.

Then again if all goes as intended with the CM changes, etc. I hear it will be way easier to do.

Pretty sure by 'at 50' he means, at 50 ranks.

I never thought stun maneuvers was hard, it's just harder than Gambits or Sweep, which in a weeks time you can get 40 ranks if you put as much effort into it as you have to stun man.

By the way, stun maneuvers is 100x easier if you know how to make scripts.

Tell me about it. I have one for all of them. Slaphands, arrows, master reps, regular reps, windows, sweeping the courtyard.

Edited to add: Now all I have to do is make 'em foolproof (IE, free of RT-hangups) and combine them, and put in all the inbetween steps.

I've been nursing stunmaneuvers since I finished cheapshots last July. I'm on rank 15 now.

Hmm. They changed stunmaneuver training since I last tried to get a rank.

Slaphands games used to go up to 10 points. Imagine losing 10-9, over and over again. One task of 3 or 4 reps could easily take an hour or more.

Arrows...I've yet to be assigned more than 5 this rank.

No more RT increases for guild training in it.

This makes it a hell of a lot easier and less infuriating.

Congrats, Edaarin.

Just subdue and cheapshots to go for me...then of course Lockmastery if and when that ever comes out.

Had a great lord rogue for quite a well.

I wasn't able to get a single repetition with stun manoeuvers.

It was a pain in the butt to get a script to do so, so i figured that it wasn't for me.
