Whittling knife

I am looking for one of the old whittling knives that creates a pin worn wooden embeddable item from an empty wand or rod. I am also looking for any information regarding this item, where it was first sold, etcetera. Thank you for helping me.

Kali had the first one 13-ish years ago. It was an integral part of her character and something I fondly remember about her.

edit: The one released recently won't ever move.

Speaker owns one of the original pair, I made sure Beldin got the newest. the odds of anyone gettin either of those is slightly worse then talking me out of the lochaber, and well Kali's is with her, they are like 15 or 16 years old originally so legacy items in the extreme. Teegan? has one didnt know there was a fourth, but isnt the first item I didnt notice sold in the past 15 years.
