Anyone that's kinda like a rogue professional knows what needs to be changed?

Dex and Agi need to go down down. Tank inf, but put more in wisdom.
Besides that your skills look okay, imo.

Do not tank INF. Influence now plays a major role for rogues when using CMAN divert, which you will want in later levels, if not early ones to disperse mobs of critters.
