I'm hoping to get a tattoo I foolishly cut off accidently years ago (before I left for several years) put back on. I had Sproink carve it in the first time, and after asking around for him I hear he's gone. What's the name of the artist I need to watch for now?
I seem to recall a bit of growling and blinking from Sproink (more so than normal), so I'm hoping I won't have a problem getting this done once I finally get selected. And maybe this time, also, I won't get killed for it.
Any help is appreciated, thank you!
Oh, I suppose I should add I do have access to Four Winds, but I'd think the merchant would be the same.
