Last week sometime i went into four winds in search for the tattoo wagon that has escaped me for years. I found it got a bunch of em on my empath then ran out of coins now i am looking again on my Rogue and can't find it. And i am aware of the one on the western bank but the selection in comparison to wagon is terrible. and info would be great

Dragonfly Inks is a permanent tattoo shop located in Mist Harbor. While the choices are not as wide and varied as our temporary tattoo wagon, it's well... gonna always be there! The plan is to change out the tattoo inventory every so often so that you will have new choices as time goes by. In the meantime, enjoy!

The first group of tattoos were designed by the following player characters: Trallihn, Starrshine, Gweniveer, Myharl, Valkire, Jymamon, Corlyne, Rohese, Alisaire, Laphrael, and Cyfartha.

The answer you already got on the official boards was correct. It was there as a part of a temporary merchant caravan. If it's gone, it's gone. If you don't like the options in the permanent shop, then you'll have to wait until the wagon shows up at the next festival.
