I know 302 and 317 does more damage when channeled empty handed and in offensive stance. Does it do more damage with both hands empty or does one open hand good enough?

Right now he runs with both hands empty. How much more DS can I expect if I train in some shields use and a 6X shield? This is his current training. Any input would be appreciated.

And yes, two hands open gives double the hidden roll bonus that one hand open does in the case of those two spells.
