So that you no longer have to clasp things in a redundant fashion (unless you want to), I've made it possible for you to specify the style in which a clasp is attached. The options are now:

"clasped with"
"secured with"
"buckled with"
"fastened with"
"pinned by"

Also, I added a few more nouns to the clasp-able list:
neckpouch, musette, over-gown, and harness.

Let me know if you'd like any other options and I'll consider them.

If anyone has any suggestions they want put up on the officials, post them here and I will try to find someone to get them to the proper folder.

Harnesses can be clasped now? That's pretty sweet.

Interesting. I remember a couple of years back some NIR said that harnesses should never be open/close-able and that any new-release harnesses would be stuck open now. Of course, I can't remember which NIR, but I definitely remember the conversation, because my main has a o/c harness, and the change wasn't retroactive.

I definitely recall this as well. There were even many google pics posted for empirical evidence that the very nature of a harness was open. It was one of those hilarious "Discussions with Simutronics" threads that no one but the real crazies touch with a 10-foot pole.

Kind of like this haze conversation going on right now.

Very odd.

You tap a sturdy leather weapons harness that you are wearing.
>close harn
You close a sturdy leather weapons harness.
>open harn
You open a sturdy leather weapons harness.

I have had a lot of work done to this harness over the years including asking GMs to add their open/close scripts to it without issue. I decided I didn't like the actions and had it done to other items instead. Nobody said anything about it never being able to open/close in the first place.

I guess this fits here.

You can now use LM LOCK on boxes, coffers, trunks, strongboxes and chests that don't already have locks but are able to be closed (i.e. they have a lid).

>>How is this different from what we could do with LM LOCK previously?

I believe you're thinking of LM RELOCK. LM LOCK adds a lock to an item. So, if you purchased a small chest from the general store in the Landing, you could make it lockable via LM. This was previously not possible.
