Making a script echo during RT?

Is there a way to make a script echo during RT?
I have a script set to say something after everytime I cast..
702 to tell me how much damage the hidden damage was, just if you were curious. The echo of how much hidden damage happens after the 3 sec of RT. Channeling, so it's hard and soft RT.

There's a lich script that does this exact thing already. I don't, however, know the answer to your question.

Just remove waitrt? and/or waitcastrt? from the script and it should echo immediately.

It's not as immediate as Wizard though... Sort of funny that way.
