I just joined the Wizards guild and started in basic Alchemy. I'm suppose to start recipes, but...I can't find the water to add. Do I have to buy it, find it? Help please.

You'll need to purchase a flask of clear water (one per recipe) from the guild shop. Krakiipedia has a link with the shop locations in the various wizard guilds:

I went to the guild shop in Vaalor and it's not listed to order. Do I have to go to another town to get them?

There are actually two shops in each guild... the one you want is the "reagent shop":
