[Wizard Guild, Observatory]
A narrow stone staircase winds its way up the side of the tower into this small, domed observatory. The room is dominated by a vaalorn and coraesine telescope poised at the center, its polished fittings gleaming softly in the starlight coming through a slit overhead. To one side, a large wooden crank is connected to some complicated rope-and-pully contraption. You also see a sleek desert fox that is sitting.
Obvious exits: none
-------------------------------------
Who knew the Guard Captain could get up near the telescopes? I don't know if it's similar in any other guilds, but to get up there you need a disk.. And to solve a puzzle.
What a shifty Guard Captain.
