A person could create a perfect 7x falchion with vibe flares with about 30m silvers, but don't expect to get anything close to that. Is this a player forged weapon? The problem if it isn't, is that prices have dropped considerably since it's pretty easy to find a superior forged anything, and get it to 7x with a little patience. (for around 8m, depending on your enchanter)

If you want to know a price, put it up for auction with a MB of 5m and see what happens!
