I had one altered at CCF I believe but since then have struck out with merchants on those. In fact since then every merchant has whispered they can't be done. You could still luck out with the right merchant though.

yea they were clamped down on for some reason. Only certain gms can alter them now. I know Thandiwe can do them, or at least I am pretty sure as she had them in a shop.

I had about 20 altered before they were clamped down on. Let me check my lockers tonight and I may have one you can borrow.
