Updated several of my scripts.

Circle - library list of spells with information *UPDATED ON 4/27/2010* Reflects changes to 314 and info on 1708 and 1720 added
Wood - library list of various types of wood and bonuses
Metal - library list of various types of metal and bonuses
Arkati - library list of the Gods, with information on each
Weapons - library list of base weapons with modifiers
Armor - library list of armor train requirements.


Colanswers - answers COL questions for you. Added a few more answers.
