okay so i asked on PSINET how one could better there immitation skills, such as hooting like an owl or such, and all i was told was be a gnome. Now why is this that gnomes alone get this benefit, shouldn't one be able, through practice, better there immitation skills? makes more sense to me but then again i'm just me.

Should be, like instruments but you'll never top a bard.

Personally I think rangers should get that benefit too.

Gnomes' culture is based on hiding and basically blending in like crazy. Thus they're awesome at imitating.

Rangers do get a bonus to imitation.

I just want to get better at imitating speech and features... so I can make fun of stupid people with no coins. :smug:

I still wish my rogue could imitate other people's professions. You know get some empath looking clothing, master rgam disguise and be able to show my title as empath for alittle while (maybe have it cost stamina) you can't cast spells or anything but it makes for more fun stealing because everyone's looking for a rogue.

Lets hope some people are still looking for rogues.

I'm talking about people that are actually good at stealing, not hacks ala Wezas
