It doesn't talk about it being refilled, etc.....it looks like it has the orb gem messaging with the drawing of power.....
It also mentions imbed with new spell (think imbeddible)

I've seen others on the board that have posted these as Mage Rechargeable...so wanted to get feedback?

Pretty sure this is the only tag for a MR item blank or with a spell in it.

The one saying it can contain more power is just a re-imbed whether or not it is or isn't crumbly(yeah never got that).
