Looking for a lightweight cloak or container that holds a large amount or a very large amount for any number of items. Please no back-worns -- I'm wearing a backsheath.

Specifically, looking for a belt-worn or shoulder-worn container that holds a large amount for any number of items. Lightweight, if possible.

EDIT: While I'm waiting for a lightweight belt-worn or shoulder-worn container that holds a large amount for any number of items, I'm wearing an 8 pound cloak from the clothier. Please help me out! I'll also take a lightweight cloak (must close).
