Calling it right now-like. James Harden and OKC run down the world while Durant fades into pencil-armed obscurity.

There will be no winners because it is basketball.

Right pick, wrong game. Bulls beat the Cavs in seven.

Right pick, wrong game. Bulls beat the Cavs in seven. How do you see this happening, honestly? The Cavs are better from 3, better rebounders, have multiple legitimate playmakers on offense, have a much, much better bench. The Cavs only lose against Dwight Howard types, there's pretty much only one of those in the NBA right now.

The Cavs made all their moves to match up with the Magic, and will still lose. Orlando is too deep.
Orlando Magic NBA champs.
Lebron leaves Cleveland for wherever.

Nets.
Need to be allowed to have an extra two men on the court, at least. I think David Stern will have enough pity to let them get, say, the first fifty picks during the next draft.

I was confused about the way Dwight Howard's foul trouble (9 rebounds and 5(!!??) blocks per game) continues to be a headline but Vince Carter's doesn't (8 crummy assists to 6 turnovers, 15 crummy points a game on 36% shooting), then I remembered that nobody cares about Vince Carter. Somehow I'm simultaneously getting more and less nervous about the Cavs' inevitable series with the Magic.

Is it me or is the quality of play shockingly bad so far? 24 second violations, unforced turnovers, Lamar Odom being undefended on the perimeter and traveling for no reason, every big man on the Lakers watching rebounds bounce to Deron Williams, Barbosa tackling someone on the Spurs, etc.

Baseball should be deported to Cuba.
Basketball should be deported to Africa.
Hockey should be deported to Canada.
That is all.

It's currently the 4th quarter of a (shockingly) close Hawks-Magic game, and Atlanta is 27 of 27 on free throws.
