Thinking of Resubscribing.

Hmmm. I really enjoyed my time in this game. Though no one really interacted with me save a couple who are probably gone lol.

Is it worth resubscribing? I loved the RP and the general mechanics, and the chance to start on a New Server (shattered?) seems intriguing too. Ive unsubscribed/resubscribed a couple times. I leave because I find myself not spending very much time in game but then I'll come back in a few months because I have an excess of free time.

So convince me to resubscribe. Or convince me not to. Or just mock me in general.

For those who may have seen me: I played Thresher and Gadian on plat and Nehor on Prime.

I never knew you, but for what its worth, I think you should return. I don't interact with many people in game either, mainly just my room-mate, as if we didn't interact enough anyway, but the occasional RP moments are fun. Have you played since the Adventurer's guild opened?

Yes I briefly got back into it and enjoyed it a lot for a few months theeeen lost my job. So I canceled. But Now I have had an influx of cash and time and am thinking of coming back. The adventurer's guild was interesting, and I used to turn in the tasks to fry and sit in the park or somewhere to have some occasional interaction.

I'm mainly worried Im going to get into it again and it'll suck my time up, as it has each time before...or that I will get into it for like a week then just...log on for 3 hours a week because Stuff comes Up.

come back to prime. there will be more people to interact with. My advice: You be the one to talk and offer to hunt or help them. You will be making new friends in no time.

It is still fun as a casual hobby. Prime lets you do that price wise and your own discipline as an adult will ensure moderation. plat is not worth the price to me.

Well, I hope you come back. I always love some one who is willing to get in the game and RP. Don't be discouraged, I've been playing between 5-10 hours a week for about a year now, and I'm happy with the time that I get in, even with my schedule as busy as it is.

'Shattered' isn't going to be the best environment for RP, but you might enjoy the open free for all level scripting battle ground.

Either way, I'm for you coming back.

It's a shitty instance of the game where you'll probably be most happy if your idea of playing an interactive roleplaying game is to be away from your computer and let scripts develop your character.

Most people went there, got out their initial need to be able to say "fuck" in game without being punished and are now returning to the game's true instance.

I do am in favor of your return.

What I do, is play out the 6 hr gift. There is plenty of time to interact without going into overdrive. I actually have a premie account and a reg account and I play out my main through his gift by himself and then I MA the other two manually. So 6-12 hrs a week and it doesn't get to be too much, the tough part is staying away from the boards. I must check them 10-15 times a day.

Prime is definitely the way to go. There's been more GM involvement and game dev in the last two months than I've seen in the last year or two. It's awesome, they actually seem to care about it again!

Anyway, welcome back, what level and class you picking back up? If you're in my range, I'd be glad to hunt/RP with you.

This is sad. Stick to your guns dude. The only thing you're guilty of is creating a bad kid's guild in a text-based game and griefing some people. The amusing part was watching people nerdrage all over the place about you like you were some crazy mastermind (and let's face it, you're just a dork with several silly youtube songs who really didn't know the depth of SRS BSNS you walked into).

At the very least I'd hope you'd come back and say "you know what, nerds: yeah I did that. You're fucking welcome. Now stop calling my house." Cause dude, your chapter of Shattered history (and yeah, the complete failure of your group) is probably the only one that's ever going to be looked back on as anything even halfway interesting.
