Had it been to bonus I'd have said you're spot on, but directly to stat I wouldn't say it's much over 5m(if so), being patient and finding the right person you could probably yield more.

The 2m of my estimate is what I'd start a MB at if I were looking to sell it via auction here and looking for it to move quickly.

I only picked that range because it has 3 things going for it: nice material, decent enchant, and an enhancement that a lot of people are looking for. The only downside I see is that a lot of people looking for aura enhancement already have good runestaves.
