i have receieved several comments stating how shitty damage padding is. I guess my knowledge is outdated... I like damage padding because it is the "plinking" that kills plate wearers with nice DF REDUX. Is that not the case or can someone explain how Dam padding is "nerfed".

I own some 7x HCP AsG 17 breastplate and I chose to wear this HDP plate over it based on my own experiences/beliefs. Mistake?

I am also a master of GoS, so that is a helpful tool for getting smacked around. I keep my sigils running when I hunt.

Just a matter of preference in plate, especially if you're in GoS. I knew several warriors that prefered damage padding.

Damage padding is pretty kickass in my few weeks of experience wearing HDP plate. Sure i still get minors which turn into bleeders eventually (staunched so I don't care) but I haven't had to break from hunting to eat acantha leaf since I got this stuff.


It may seem like a trivial amount of HP to most people, but even for larger races I think it can help a lot when you're taking multiple hits on a regular basis.

Or you could join a real society, have hdp running all the time and have flares on your plate stunning/doing damage. YEA HDP IS SO AWESOME MAN TOTALLY WORTH 3X THE GOING PRICE

Those end rolls are pretty weak to begin with though. Might want to show some higher end rolls to show off damage padding.
