How to reactivate character?

Yo, i accidently deactivated a character on my account instead of deactivating the whole account and now i cant find the character or anyway to reactivate the character. Anyone know how to reactivate a character while the account itself is still active?

Couldn't Simu just let us see/manage all of the characters (active or otherwise) on our account without having to wait for billing to reply?

Not sure what would be so bad about that. If anything, they get extra money when we fuck up.

Just send an e-mail, if there's someone working it'll be back into your account within ten minutes. Happened to me a few weeks ago.
