Ranger Spells?

Is there any place within the confines of ZL that qualifies as 'outside' for the purposes of ranger spells?

If you have it, 625 makes anywhere "outside", otherwise I'd suggest visiting the Ranger Guild... it might have a room or three that are considered "outside".

My little ranger's only 14 so far. :baby: And I checked the ranger guild, but no such luck. Moved the horde to TI for the next little while, and will probably end up heading to RR. Thanks, though!

You should be able to 'sense' and see if you're outside shouldn't you?
