Quick Wizard DS spell Calc

Hey guys, i just want to do a sanity check on my calculations so here we go:

Level 86 halfling wizard

Starting Stats:
Str - 97
Con - 70
Dex - 39
Agi - 79
Dis - 86
Aur - 80
Log - 87
Int - 31
Wis - 70
Inf - 21

Relevant Skills:
Shield Use - 86
Brawling - 86
MjE - 40
MnE - 75
Wiz - 86


I was considering shifting my skills around a little bit and moving my magic distribution to (keeping the same brawling, shield use, etc):

MjE - 106
MnE - 75
Wiz - 30

What's the effect on my DS, Elemental TD and Spiritual TD? I think my calcuations show a drop of about 20ish DS, 15 eTD and 7 sTD. Is that right? Thanks guys!

What about dropping all your brawling and getting more spells?

Well, that's a valid suggestion however, i'm only interested in the change of those spell ranks. The next step will be the delta between 86 brawling ranks and the extra spells it allows.

How do you primarily hunt? Why the drop to 30 ranks in Wiz spells.....913 provides a large chunk to my wizard DS (75 ranks in Wiz, 913 provides +72 in DS).

I personally would drop the brawling and put it back into your spells (upping your wizard spells). The DS you get from brawling is minimal compared to spells as a wizard.

Also, for immolation fire lore is outstanding. You haven't showed the rest of your skills......but I would have at least 50 ranks in fire lore.

Yeah I would highly suggest to drop all brawling and pickup more spells or lores. No need to have brawling especially if you're a runestaff user. anything magically learned will aid you better for DS with a runestaff in hand.

She uses a shield (which I do since you can't be disarmed and such)...but I would still suggest dropping brawling and picking up more lore and spells.

Does that look right?

Based on the info below, 503 will cap at 40 DS w/level 86 and 106 MjE ranks.

20 base + trunc(level 86 - 3)/4) = 40 DS


Every +AS/DS/CS/TD modifier in the game that provides a bonus based upon spell ranks caps at level.
