I would like to appeal the decision made by GM Mahegh, I reported because someone else was attacking me and he wound up warning me for systems abuse? I don't understand it.

Who else can I talk to about this? The way he treated me was absurd, I've worked in the customer service department for many years and I would never treat a customer like that. This is my first and only warning, yet he banned me for 60 days.

I've responded once already, I would like to provide you with more information.

On 6/7/03 you received a request to cancel my account FlynnB2. The account was cancelled on 6/10, how long did I play during that time without any warnings? Many many months before it was closed down.

6/7/03, Account Commonlaw created, again no warnings or anything until I closed the account.

3/23/04, BFlynn account cancelled, per my request, 9 month period without warnings, lockouts, etc. You weren't telling me you didn't want me as a customer for those 9 months.

On 6/27/04, Account FreeReign created, again no warnings or anything until I closed the account because the characters were transferred to another account.

On 2/15/04, Account SoulPriest created, no warnings, etc, character transferred to this account.

Please check your information again as you can see I've been a customer for a year+ now without any warnings, lockouts, etc. I was told any ban I had was over almost two years ago by the previous Feedback employee.

As stated January 17, 2003:
"The six month removal is permanent. At that stage, returning to the game is subject to review. The prior history is examined and depending on the circumstances the player is allowed to return, or not allowed to return. With 40 warnings, across multiple products, I regret to say this is clearly not an environment suited to your style of play.

I do hope you are able to find one that does fit, unfortunately, with the possible exception of DragonRealms: The Fallen, that environment is not here."

On June 3, 2002 GameMaster Daecir sent the following:
"As a result of your repeated violations of our gaming policy, your account(s) and characters thereon are held forfeit. They may not be reactivated. The character(s) thereon may not be transferred.

The Product Manager for GemStone III has indicated she is willing to permit you to start a new account. If you are still interested in rejoining Simutronics' gaming communities, please write to me at this address with a few possible names for the new account and I will look into getting it set up for you."

At no point was any request made for the new accounts.

In March of 2003 you were warned for game disruption after a continuing incident where you were acting in direct opposition to a clearly stated request from the staff. The current incident involves a fake raffle scam which has always been a lockout level problem, and given the past history, with problems severe and across the board, the accounts are now terminated.

Dear Sanguious,

I've been a customer on and off for 9 years. I started playing on Prodigy when I was 13 and it cost 3$ an hour to play. I've had multiple warnings because I have been a longstanding customer and I guess I kind of "grew up" in gemstone. Being a child isn't really an excuse for all of the warnings but I honestly was a problem child, Gemstone I believe helped me out some, but it also got the brunt of my rebellion.

Since you have everything there, can you tell me when a warning was issued prior to the one from Mahegh two days ago? From my understanding it shouldn't show anything for a year or more.

On the raffle, did those players receive their money back? I kept character names, emails and AIM SN's so I could contact them about the raffle. Everyone was going to get an item, it was not a scam.

I realize I transferred the money from Deisel to Maestoso and logged Deisel off, which is how Mahegh warned me. The only excuse I have for that is not thinking clearly. Maestoso was being attacked and as soon as Deisel came in the room to drag the stunned Maestoso away, Deisel was being attacked. I reported from both accounts and Mahegh stepped in after that.

All and all, I feel I haven't been any sort of problem since I reported two days ago. I haven't had a warning in over a year. I've held two or three accounts in good standing for most of my time here and I do frequent transfer characters earning your company more money. I don't understand how this one incident after such a long time is that problematic to the game. If this wasn't for awhile I could understand this, but its not.

Please reconsider, I was enjoying the new Gemstone IV very much. While past incidents have been troubling, I can assure you that if I am let back in the game, you'll never see any issues from me again as I have changed over the years. I honestly feel this warning was just a matter of circumstances. Had I not been pulled, the raffle would have taken place, those characters who entered would have got their item and you will still have 3 paying accounts.

This is something I can look into. Much if not all of the problem came up off the Deisel portion of this. When then asked to verify the other items in the raffle, there was already an assumption from your end that this was going in one direction. That is not the case at all, and had the other items been verified, this probably would have not become an issue at all.

Instead, this whole situation deteriorated instantly. The staff is not omniscient. We have access to all sorts of information, but are still human and can only see so much. If you could help me by letting me know where I should look for the other things that are on the raffle list, I can see about helping you and getting this account released.

This hassle to start it back up makes me realize I'm better off saving 40$ a month. I realize I have a terrible past, but people do change, I've grown up. I'm no longer a minor playing your game. Once again, the raffle was not a scam. It was ready to complete and take place that night had I not been attacked by Iwqual.

I'm sorry we couldn't come to an understanding on this situation. I've stated already it was NOT a scam, all the items were spread between the three accounts. I just made a mistake and gave the funds to the non-auctioneer, I guess you don't always luck out on technicalities. I hope someone will do the right thing and return the silvers to the raffle participants.

Why not just give Sanguious a list of where to find all the items on the auction list? Also, since none of the ticket holders ever knew what the items were (at least not all of them) how can you prove they existed – just out of curiosity? After reading the emails back and forth it sounds to me like you are getting screwed man. I would suggest using a phone though so you can communicate with a lot more speed. Just a thought. If you don't want to deal with insults and personal attacks maybe .. and I'm just putting this out there .. you should answer the questions people are asking instead of making a jackass out of yourself.

Several times people have asked you why you didn't simply tell simu about your other accounts and let them find the items. Your lack of response leads people to draw conclusions like that your lying about your attempt to quit and decided to cut your losses and maintain your other accounts. Telling them where the items were would have outted your other accounts.

Personally I asked you incase I missed it in one of the email responses where SIMU said assists and you'll get your coins back. Your inital post said details to follow.

The fact is due to you history I see no reasons for SIMU to forgive and forget. You managed to wrack up 40 warnings in the "9 years" you've been playing. Thats over 3 a year. In the 7 or 8 years I've been playing I think I have like 5 for swearing and I consider that to be a lot of warning. Can you honestly not see why they would err on the side of caution and ban you?

I know that even if you did have all the items you said you did, you didn't even bother getting them all on one character like any other honest merchant would. Whenever I sold stuff I always had all the items in one container on one character to make it easier. Even now you haven't put a list of the, what, 100 mil in items?
