Wulfhen, at some point, sold off a 7x eanhor spear with scripts and some kind of flares. I can't seem to track it down but it exists somewhere.

Although, your best bet is just buying a cheap perfect and getting it ETed by a slave wizard - sadly.

High end spears are indeed a pain to track down. They're one of my favorite bases anyway. Anything except a 4x HCW or 7x forged is next to impossible in my experience. You can drop me a line on AIM= GS4Menos if you like, but I'm not going to be able to do any better than the above really, besides the one I'm using myself just now.

If you can track down Nanna or her player, they had a handful of nice higher weighted ones back in the day.

Spears work for that sort of thing too, and the chain spear will take both paladin flares and keep the mechanicals. I'd clip from OTF, but I'm running bounties at the moment. Although I did try and keep track on a griffin task the other day, got to 17 out of 23 before I missed a first shot kill, damn EBP.
