IT Outsourcing. Major example of a larger company that does it is EDS. I know they have offices in both Ashburn VA, and somewhere in Chicago.

Chicago is a good location.. are they downtown-loop area?

Don't know, but I'd start in the Ashburn office. Though I'm originally from Highland Park (North burb of Chi).

Have a friend who's moving out to Ashburn, that area is really starting to blow up residential-wise. Didn't know any decent sized companies were out that far, I'll give him the heads up. Thanks.
