740 failure?

Anyone ever seen this? Im trying to 740 to ta'vaalor and i got this message.. ive never failed so i dont know what the msg looks like but i talked to another sorcerer and he said he hadnt seen it either.

I got it the other day. I couldn't even sense runes there after I walked there. I ended up making a new mark just outside the gate.

Probably has something to do with the remodel or the documents you need to get into town.

What he said; you can't teleport in or out of the town itself. Likely if you just go outside the gate it should work just fine.

Seriously.... Like... yanno... if you can open a void while in town, you should be able to rift there. We aren't teleporting, or fogging, we're spinning up the FTL drives and folding the fabric of space time.
