View Full Version : Anyone decent with vector art/photoshop?

I'm redoing my mother's website for her and her logo is kind of painful, and I don't have the artistic or photoshop skills to really update it and smooth it out as much as it needs. If anyone wants to take a look and try to fix it up (and by fix it up, I mean make the lines smoother so it's more vector art graphic as opposed to pixelated MS paint graphic) I would be very appreciative, or even just give me tips on what I may try to do to make it not look so dated and pixelated.

I convert shitty pixellated logos to vector art all day. I'm sure Cel will knock it out for you, but feel free to send it my way if you need to.

Normally I'm pretty good at this sort of thing but for whatever reason this has been a curve ball.

It doesn't help that for the last week straight I've gotten daily phone calls of her in near hysterics for various reasons (most of them legit, but still). I start to work on the fucking logo and I immediately start freaking out wondering if I'm changing it too much or making it look too different, and what if she sees it and gets even more upset. And then I undo and go back to the original piece and it still looks bad.

Geigh, I know.

Nikki, PM me an email I can send this thing to. Photobucket won't take PDFs and I'm too lame to have my own hosting thingy. Also, did you want me to build it so that you can rasterize it with a transparent background?
