So.. Shooting a longbow, aimed, from hiding, I have a 10 second roundtime.. It just seems a little off to me.

Race: Half-Elf Profession: Rogue (shown as: Hunter)
Gender: Female Age: 75 Expr: 1640132 Level: 38

Strength (STR): 100 (25) ... 100 (25)

Wisdom (WIS): 57 (3) ... 57 (3)
Influence (INF): 51 (5) ... 51 (5)

I know my stats are terrible for level 38, when I started this character I did an auto stat placement.

And I know my skills are a little funky too.

Anyways, I'm wearing MBP, and I'm pretty sure you're supposed to have 80 ranks to reduce the RT, yeah? I recently came back from a break, and I don't remember shooting at 10 seconds of roundtime..
So if you could take a look at it and help in any way, it'd be appreciated..

So I think I solved the problem. I took off my MBP and it brought it down to the expected RT.. I thought that at 80 ranks I would have trained off the penalties? Would 1 rank really make that much of a difference.
It's 7 seconds of RT, aimed and hiding without the MBP

Roundtime is based on strength, right..?
So why does it go up when I have my mbp on?

Armor hindrance penalty. Nothing to do with the longbow RT formula.

So once I get my armor up to 80 ranks it'll train off?

I just got it up to 80 ranks, no change. I'm clueless.

It is possible if you have exceptionally heavy MBP that you are being encumbered when you put it on, but that seems pretty unlikely given its base weight of 25.

Have you been doing any skills migration? Maybe you don't actually have 80 ranks in armor yet.

Nah, I just checked my skills. No Migration happening.. And it seems to be the base weight, if a little bit under. And when I put it on I have no encumbrance issues besides the RT and Maneuvers.
