I like this guy's novel approach. The other alternative would be a good old fashioned beat down.

The problem is I think they're hoping for that - how better/easier to make money than a lawsuit?

The Supreme Court takes up the issue of whether hurling antigay invective at a soldier's funeral is protected speech.

It will be interesting to see what the Supreme Court rules in this matter.

I also think it is interesting that Fred Phelps was a First Ammendment lawyer before getting disbarred, and has filed numerous lawsuits against anyone he can in an attempt to generate revenue for his "church".

Personally I would like nothing more than for this POS to crawl back under whatever cesspit spawned him, or failing that to just keel over from a nice, painfull heart attack. But that's just me exercising my First Ammendment right to free speech.
