3 attempts to leave the room and kept getting rewebbed, is there any way around that?

You can burn webs so that they go away faster, kill the caster of the web, fog/ring/etc out of the room, or jack up your spiritual TD to avoid the hidden CS/TD check. The spell of untrammel also provides some innate defense against webs, but that may only be the creature version (spiders and such)

I saw someone die with almost as many spells as you had when you died..

Mischung becomes solid again.
The brilliant luminescence fades from around Mischung.
The tingling sensation and sense of security leaves Mischung.
The air calms down around Mischung.
A faint silvery glow fades from around Mischung.

The light blue glow leaves Mischung.
Mischung no longer bristles with energy.
The shimmering multicolored sphere fades from around Mischung.

Yeah, actually (s)he's missing quite a bit. Of the top of my head: 120, 211 (or 215, if the "a bit less confident" was 211 dropping), 310, 601, 618, 712, 913, 1003, 1007, 1010, 1109, 1119, 1601, 1605, 1609/1617, 1618. And probably some that I'm missing...

The above spell-drop is actually fairly normal.

Those wouldn't be the defining wizard give away on that death. Sorcs use thsoe too.

The stone wall crumbling was the giveaway for me.

He's one of those proper mages what uses mana to hunt. I don't think they use 919.

I, however, plan to rock it all hunt long. Warmages own.

What audioserf said.

One of the rare times Askip will use 919 is if he wracks, which he rarely does unless he is down to the last few critters for a bounty or somesuch. Usually he is too encumbered to safely continue a hunt before he runs out of mana, and that is with a 14 item disk.

Pure mages rock.
