Adding to your task

I was attcked today as i was abount to dive into the whirlpool with no shield on. Never happened before, is that common?

Can someone add you to their bandit task without you knowing?

No. You have to tell the taskmaster to add someone.

Bandits are known to pop out in strange places. You aren't the first to be ambushed around the whirlpool. I was even ambushed in Silvergate Inn in the Landing.

I think this is good. Bandits/Thugs/Marauders/etc... should be a little less predictable. They're bad guys after all, and they can't all be terribly stupid.
Also, there should be scoundrels.
