how do I ditch sunfist?

I joined Sunfist and now realized it was a big mistake! how do I resign from it? I already used my society reset options, the GM said to ask other players in game, which I did, no one knew, and the Gm also suggested I post here, so I am! I also went to Zul Logoth and spoke to the Grand Master, he wouldnt speak to me. I asked anyone having anything to do with Sunfist NPC and nothing. help please!:wtf:

apparently as a wizard i need to train in cman maneuvers and such to even have the stanima to even use the skills. i dont have the stanima to use the skills

To gain stamina, you must train in physical fitness (or raise your CON stat). Physical Fitness adds to your critter maneuver defense, helps with your Health regen rate, and helps you with climb/swim checks. 1xing as a pure is very important for those in Sunfist. CM training does not add stamina.
