Quite possibly the greatest thing ever on facebook if it's for real. Which it probably isn't, but one can hope.

Maybe after the kid was born he turned into a gun and shot everyone, and then himself.

I want to name my firstborn son Ferrous, so it seems like a normal (awesome) name at first, "Ferris", but upon closer inspection he's fucking IRON MAN!

no, I'd go strait for seven, five and six are boring.

If I ever have kids I plan on telling everyone who inquires about a name during my pregnancy, "Magnus Robotfighter."
The sad thing is with all of the cracked names people are giving their kids now, I don't think Megatron would be utterly out of place when the kid hit kindergarten. He'll sit between Pocahontas Skydancer and Audio Fairy.

Audio Fairy sounds like she'll grow up to be a hottie... and quickly onto the pole.

Ha, a lot of the names I hear/read sound like stripper names or porn star names.
The day will come when the kids named Jacob or Emily will be the ones made fun of for having a 'boring name'.

That sounds good, his tales have already been chronicled:

Fighting robots is not a glamorous job, but it needs to be done, because once they get you with their metal claws (http://www.hulu.com/watch/2340/saturday-night-live-old-glory), you can't break free, because they're made of metal, and robots are strong.

If it isn't glamorous why does that Magnus guy wear that man skirt and those fabulous white boots?

Sometimes when you can't kill any robots you've got to go back in time, to a time where indians and dinosaurs roamed the earth, oh and maybe one or two flying robots.

Magnus #1 is the keystone of my retirement savings. As soon as I sell that shit on e-bay, I'm going to be rollin' in the benjamins.

I think Magnus is a pretty cool guy. eh kills robots and doesn't afraid of wearing short-shorts.
What does he do if he's fighting a Bionic Commando though? Or maybe Dante from Devil may Cry? Does he just rip their arms off and then have a teaparty? This looks like serious reading material, I doubt I'm up for the challenge, someone give me the low-down.

I don't think thats shorts that he's wearing. It looks more like Link's tunic, sans leggings. Commando? One can only hope.

Yeah, the one Some Rogue posted where he teams up with Danny Glover just made that evident, my b :embarrassed:
But seriously, how does he handle what are humans, just with ridiculous amounts of cybernetics?

Well that takes all the fun out of my Halloween costume idea. :(
EDIT: Are those two girls in the background about to make out?! They must be horny from witnessing his epic roboPWNage. Awesome.

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/2/25/Magnus_Robot_Fighter_4000AD_no1.jpgI remember an ad that looked like but not this in an old comic book, probably a GI Joe from the mid 90s. I remember practicing neck-chopping for years afterwards, because you just never know.

He looks better in a tight mini-skirt than I do.
Therefore, I hate him.

Well, that is a really funny title for a thread, I think by now your sister should name her baby as Megatron.
