Yes. A krolvin pit slasher. Blades has it.

The pit slasher is self mana, not spell knowledge, and there aren't any haste spell knowledge items around that I know of.

Blades isn't selling his, thats for sure. <grumble>

OTOH, wearable haste isn't that hard, get a ranger to make you 100 wiregrass bracelets/anklets and get a mage to imbed em. I'll imbed for anyone who asks , just gimme a sack of em, and I got a script to run and takes care of it in a couple hours.
