Throwing my training out there for comments and wondering if some of the capped bards would care to post their training so I can compare notes. I'm unsure which skills cap out and no longer need to be trained. One example that comes to mind first is harness power.

I'm currently level 98 soon to be 99 in a few hours.

I would consider my hunting style sing and swing or swing and sing and 99% of the time I'm hunting solo. I plan on staying in brigandine and wear no enhancives. The only skills I think I'm sure of is to cap out air lore at (102).

Spellsong duration is at 10:12.

If you are hunting fine as is with Tonis and Multi-Opponent I am pretty sure you can stay doing that post cap.

I would try to maximize whatever it is you want to do.

If you swing a weapon more CM....alot more.

Augmented chain is alot better than brig....alot. Unless ya got very very nice brig go to augmented chain.

Every rank of Harness power over 100 only gives you one extra mana point? If you decide thats worth it then get it...I dont and it hasnt hurt me.

I would lower Elemental Mana Control to 20 and get Mental Mana control to 20-30....The higher it is the easier it is for your 1040 to unstun you. at 30 ranks I cant remember the last stun I didnt get myself out of.

4 ranks of Survival? I would chuck em.

Nelemar requires alot of swimming. 50 or more is a good spot to go for. OTF requires swimming but I dont think its more than 25 or so...I dont know.

First aid? trading? I have 33 ranks of trading look up Krakiipedia and trading as it tells you exactly how many ranks you need with charisma bonus in order to get a percentage decrease from shops.

I have alot less preception and I do fine.

PT is great for a swinging character same with dodge.

CMANS....
Nelemar is a good place for charge...i have done fine so far with 3 ranks.

Bandits use dirty tricks, subdual strike, shield bash, hamstring, and a few others alot.

Cfocus for 10 TD is a good thing IMO.

This is my build, I am a pure bard and had to sacrifice for my spells and armor, but its works pretty well for me and I have tons of room to improve.
