Good Hunting Spots?

THW warrior, just hit 26 a few days ago, i've been hunting in Vipershroud, which is pretty good exp. can also handle Reivers, but it's a bit slower. Spellcasting types usually give me a hard time, i tend to avoid them all together.

basically just wanted to ask you guys if you could suggest some good hunting spots for after vipershroud. i usually parry-tag, have 38 ranks in berserk and 42 in tricks. i like spin-attack, i've heard feint is really useful, not 100% on how to best implement it.

still pretty new, any advice is appreciated.

Hisskra in River's Rest are pretty good around that train. Late 20's to early 30's and decently wealthy.

At 26, I was in the Spider Temple mastering berserk.

i hate the spider temple, died there too many times. the priests even steal weapons. vipershroud seems much safer, and with the exception of priests has same or better level creatures.

i also like striped warcats for berserk training, again much safer.

At 26 I was hunting Greymist and the Basalt Flats on Teras. Mastered Berserk easily. Now since I am working on Disarm and Tackle I have returned to the landing at level 38.

I highly recommend Tundra Giants and Arctic Manticores out the west gate of Icemule if you want something boring and underpowered to get you through level 30 or so easily.

tundra giants are 34, they aren't too tough?

at 26. River's Rest. jungle trolls and jungle troll chieftans, plus the vipers and panthers. Easily get you to 30, then you can go from there to hisskra. Only downside to hisskra is you can be disarmed when you attack sometimes, but all you gotta do is buy a cheap ass maul or plain claid. pretty good loot. Bog trolls are bitches, they swing shitty cudgels and stun and lose legs like it's their job. Not only will you get good xp. But you'll bank some pretty nice coin. I moved my warrior there, made 3mil in 2 days. No bullshit. After bog trolls you can hunt the krolvin carrack. I get at least 1 100+ lb box there per week. Even found a 200 pounder.

oh. and for thw warrior. cman truehand will be your best friend against critters who cast.

As Sean suggested, Grutik are like delicious candy to warriors.

As to how to use feint - at your level (probably not in plate AG, relatively low redux factor) you will probably get the most use out of it if you see a caster prepare a spell. Go to stance offensive and feint them to force their stance to less defensive and put them in roundtime (preventing them from casting) and kill them with violence. As your defenses become more sturdy, you can eventually just feint right off, as you will be able to shrug off physical hits from puny casters even in offensive stance.
