I've got a 3 room one. . . its two steps north from the entrance to the shop area on teras. Currently altered to look like a tree-shaped building (but I don't think that says when ownership is transferred).
I have no idea how much its worth but I'm tired of keeping up with it so I've decided to sell it if anyone is interested.
