So i'm curious if its best to be completely fried when you turn in your bounties to get saturated, or if you wait longer.. I take it its of no benefit to turn in bounties when your saturated because you get the following message...

Turn them in when fried. If you turn them in after you get that message, you will only recieve silver and bp rewards, and lose the xp portion completely.

If you turn in a bounty while fried, you instantly absorb a portion of the exp.
