She is not even 1% attractive. One of her songs (the one that has a bunch of nonsense words in the intro) is one of the most painfully annoying and absurd things I have ever heard. I hope Amy Winehouse and her have a helicopter collision.

I'm pretty sure she is one of these "ironic" artists, much like Marilyn Manson from Mechanical Animals onwards. Although to be honest, I like Manson's music much better.

Agreed. Times 1,000, a lot more thought provoking. I actually really liked Mechanical Animals too, musically.

I liked Mechanicals Animals, and there were even a few songs on Holy Wood that were listenable, but after that, well.....he said it best on Mechanical Animals, rock is deader than dead. ;)

She actually has a really great voice. Her "Speechless" song really shows her voice. Even the Live version of her at Live Lounge singing cold play is really great.

I'm more a fan of her Personally than Musically. She's got a great heart and her interview on Ellen and Barbra Walters just shows how great she is.

I think Marilyn Manson and Lady Gaga should do a duet to some cheesy 80s lovesong.

I had never heard of Her Gaganess until my boss started singing Paparazzi one day and he had to explain who she was. She definitely isn't attractive, but she is interesting and at least she makes stuff that is watchable and listenable instead of T-Pain outtakes like the rest of the pop scene.

She is also to some degree involved in the songwriting process, which I suppose depending on your perspective could be a good thing or a bad thing.

I'm okay with anyone who can coin the phrase "bluffin' with my muffin." Plus, I heard a radio spot she did where she played the piano and sang one of her songs (I think it was Disco Stick?) as a sort of jazzy torch song, which was pretty cool.

So she's got a bit of a Yentil nose going, and some big googly eyes. She's still got a decent bod, and she's got a style thing going that is right out of the Madona playbook. I actually think it's refreshing that she's not just yet another pop singer with a cookie cutter look and style.

Got to agree with Nikki. And I like the Bad Romance video. You have to give the woman props for creativity, even if you don't much care for her style or her music.I actually think she's a talented songwriter however, I find her dance routines uninteresting and her videos bizarre. Creative sure, but in order for creativity to impress me it has to speak to me in some positive way but her videos, at least never do. Let me be clear, I like her songs; just not her videos, her dancing or her fashion. Frankly, when I watch some of her videos I find myself going "that's interesting" followed by "oh, now you jumped the shark." In a nutshell, I think she's trying too hard for me.

Gaga kinda reminds me of Dolly Parton. Glitz and Glam and boobies and sex on the outside, wickedly shrewd musician/businesswoman on the inside.

I don't exactly like her music, but I have tons of respect for her. She's pulling off exactly what she intended to. She identified a market and is exploiting it to its fullest. The public reaction to her is exactly what she wanted. It might just be me, but the fakeness of the facade seems purposeful.

In essence, I think she's the greatest troll ever to grace the radio.
