I need classic game ideas so I can slap them onto my Dingoo.

NES, SNES, GBC, GBA, SegaMS, CPS1, CPS2, Game Gear, and Neo Geo games.

List away!

I don't need an NES to slap my Dingoo. Unless we're talking custer's revenge, that is.

Mega Man 3, TMNT II, Ice Hockey.

Super SF2, Mega Man X, Gradius III.

Tetris, Tecmo Bowl.

Sega Master, Game Gear, seriously? I've never even heard of CPS.

Yes, seriously.

CPS = Capcom Play System.

CPS2 is the specific arcade system where you'll find Super Street Fighter Turbo, the street fighter alpha's, darkstalkers, and x-men etc capcom fighters.

CPS1 was host to alot of older capcom games, strider etc.

My Dingoo can play all games from all systems I listed in my first post. Thus, I'm trying to build a list of good games to put on it.

Game Gear was the greatest system ever. Didn't it run on like 6 AA batteries?

I think it might have been 8... it burned through them fast as hell... and it was heavy as shit... it was a dense mass of pure awesome

I nominate FF4 and 6 to this list. And Lufia 2. and River City Ransom.

If you want to be angry with your dingoo, I also nominate any castlevania game, especially Simons Quest.

Secret of Mana on SNES also rockin', but friends make it more fun. I don't know how many friends can put their hands on your Dingoo. I'm assuming you know the staples (Zelda, Mario, etc.), just looking for help digging a little deeper.

NES:
Joust
The Guardian Legend
TMNT (don't puss out and go TMNT 2)
Battletoads
Blades of Steel (better than Ice Hockey)
Excitebike

SNES:
NHL '94
TMNT: Turtles in Time
Sunset Riders
Secret of Mana (aforementioned)
Secret of Evermore
NBA Jam
Final Fight (port, I guess it would originally be a CPS-1 title)
Desert Strike/Jungle Strike/Urban Strike (they all rule)
Super R-Type/R-Type III

Alas, I was never a Sega kid.

I actually found my old cartridge of that when I moved last Jan. Sold it for 40 bucks too. :)

Awesome game.

Nah, BoS was killer. This is an ancient debate that will never end.

And holy hell, even though I wasn't a Sega kid, I can't believe I forgot two of the greatest games ever made.

GENESIS:
Mutant League Football
Mutant League Hockey

Yeh, I've got a lot of the "staples", but I figured it'd just be easier to let people rattle off the ones they liked then to list 90% of what people were going to say and have everyone ignore the thread. :(

And yes, the dingoo is a hand held, so just me playing. Though it's by far the best hand held I've ever owned. I love it. All those game systems, plus MP3 player, thumb drive, videos (divx, Xvid, etc) FM radio, flash games, pictures. Has a 4gb internal storage, plus a SD Mini expansion slot.

And the "underground" folks have already designed a dual boot system for it where you can load a small copy of Linux to it, and they're working on a PSX emulator for it. :)

Kid Icarus reminded me of the Kirbys for the NES and GB. Add to that Doctor Mario.

Wait what? You played zillion? I have Zillion and Zillion II: The Triformation. I thought I was the only person in the entire world who played those games.

Zillion rocks. Except having to keep the console on for a week straight to beat it. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten to tthe last room and someone ends up turning it off. No respect!

THIS JUST IN:
Video game addiction is without a doubt, becoming this century's most increasingly worrisome epidemic, comparable even to drug and alcohol abuse. All the while, the video game industry continues to market and promote hatred, racism, sexism, and the most disturbing trend: clans and guilds, an underground video game phenomenon which closely resembles gangs. Parents NEED to be aware of the hidden dangers. - Mothers against video game addiction and violence
