Since nothin's been happenin in this forum might well start something up. A reason I don't hunt much in the bowels...


An Illoke jarl summons the wrath of his god while pointing at you!

A blast of multihued plasma flares out from the center of the ethereal sphere, striking you!

[Thanatoph Bowels, Cavern]
A thin beam of light has managed to penetrate the darkness here, but it fails to make any dent in the deep gloom smothering the area. A huge pile of stones and dirt has collapsed within the passageway, preventing any further progress through a northerly opening. You also see a swirling whirlwind, an Illoke elder, a scratched haon chest, an Illoke jarl, an enormous stalagmite, an Illoke elder that is lying down and an Illoke elder that is lying down.
Obvious exits: east, south, west

I had many like that in the Bowels. So close that I'd have maybe 20 health left (out of 270) and I luckily berserked out of a stun or bind and barely managed to stash my weapon to ring out.

Then again, I've had even more times when I didn't make it.

[The Rift]
Purple blood flows over the floor, making footing hazardous and slick. As it moves to the south, it slowly turns red, brought to life by the breeze flowing through. The walls squeeze in and out, forcing the blood to move south and east. The floor ripples beneath your feet as worms burrow through, tooth-filled maws breaking the surface violently then diving back below. You also see a lost soul, a vaespilon, a n'ecare that appears rather calm, a n'ecare that appears rather calm and a n'ecare that appears rather calm.

The river of blood moves through a hole to the east. Your feet squelch and squish with each step, and you are forced to place them carefully for fear of slipping. The walls are crawling with worms, greenish grey and horrible, slowly weakening the structure. The squeezing of the walls is not as strong here as in other places, as if the creepers had already damaged them. You also see a vaespilon, a vaespilon, your disk, an enruned mithril coffer and a vaespilon that appears dead.

I totally would have done the same. I've died for 243 silver and a star ruby dozens of times, but I died for a set of 3 mil leathers once, so it's justifiable to me.

On a side note, I've also lived for 243 silver and a star ruby before.

I had a good one from the citadel the other day where I barely made it out alive. Maybe ill clean up the logs and post it up later.

On a side now how much guildwork(specifically berserk) do you have? Trying to get a feel on if its that much harder to break at higher levels.
