New Maps for PSINET / ATLAS

I will be uploading files as PSINET MAPS that are updated and work in ATLAS.

Put them in your psinet/maps folder and they will load in ATLAS.

Let me know if you find anything that needs changed.

If you know how, you can map/plot these yourself.

You can also wait for the next core update which will include them (hopefully).
