The silvery blue potion that bestows +20 dodge ranks is not worthless, but it's also non transferable. Meaning whichever player character it belonged to, is who it's linked with.

Great, thanks for clarifying. This rogue is going to need more than +20 dodge ranks if he wants to tackle a kobold before the annual Fixskills, but that potion may serve him well in the long-haul.
