curious as a new enchanter, is there a reason you don't go past 5x on full plate? ('m assuming you can't carry it without becoming encumbered which invariably lowers your chances)

Yeah, it's entirely fear based. Truth be told since I'm a dwarf I could strip down naked and do plate without encumberance, but every time I've every tried plate it's been more trouble than it's worth and the failure rate seems higher even without encumberance. I'd just rather not mess with it is all. Plenty of other things to enchant, I've never had trouble filling my slot and if I ever did I have like 10 things in my locker I want to enchant for myself :)
