The amusing part is, if Simu didn't fuck with stuff, all that crap wouldn't have been said. So not only are we charged more, and have guild skills hammered, but the roleplaying aspect is interrupted as well by people talking about it.

Why would they thanks SIMU for that? To my understanding guilds and then later redux were introduced because they were necessary for squares to advance. Why should they thank them for making a game where initally they couldn't actively play to the extent of everyone else?

57 bards in all. 115 warriors on the list. 125 rogues. Looks like the squares aren't doing too bad there. The rangers are over 100, wizards and clerics nearly 200, and sorcs got the rest.

Looks like the ones who need guild powers are empaths and bards, huh?

Sorry, a capped empath is not as impressive as a capped anything else. Necessary profession, but not nearly as much work put in. Hell, get me a level 20ish empath, and I can probably level him off of my rogue's injury alone every few days.
