Ta'Illistim to WL

I'm looking for the Chronomage office in Ta'Illistim and I cant find shit. Krakii says its in the southwest corner of the Gateyard but I can't find the Gateyard or the Chronomage office on Tsoran's map of Ta"illistim. Any help?
